Orders and Shipping
You can expect to receive them on average in 8-16 business days worldwide. We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.

We will send you tracking information to the email you provided us at checkout. This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-3 days after you receive that email. You can also check your tracking at here.
We do not store your card information.
The sales tax are included in the price, no extra sales tax will be charged.
We ship to all over the world. However, we cannot ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO boxes. Moreover we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or military bases in the United State.
We ship orders from various warehouses in different location of the world. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once. They are on the way.

You need to return the Product to the address provided to receive a refund at your cost within 30 days of receipt of RMA.
